Get some pepto or alkaseltzer or something along those lines. Folllow up the next day with small but frequent meals so your stomache shrinks back to size.

Walk. That's why those old aristocrats had an after dinner (post-prandial) stroll about the garden. Walking in fresh air is the easiest way to gradually help your digestion along, so you won't be so stuffed for long because you are digesting the food. Walk, a relatively slow stroll, until you feel it is time to go find the bathroom. You'll be OK.

For next time, have some digestive enzyme supplements on hand. When you over eat, you tax your system in a number of ways, but you cannot properly digest the food. the enzymes help the food to break down more, so it can pass though more easily.
