Of course not. Nobody, regardless of how minimally educated, could honestly believe such a thing. I've met quite a few modern-day Germans, and none of them were goose-stepping or singing the praises of the Third Reich. As for the older ones, some were, but many weren't sympathetic to Hitler. And let's not forget all the Germans who were persecuted by the Gestapo. Do you think THEY were Nazis?

Do you think that Nikolaus Gross was a Nazi? Read his story:

As a grown woman of German descent I can tell you unequivocably that all Germas are not Nazis. Today, I have a feeling there are more Nazis in America than in Germany - manly due to the Nazi Punk teens and young adults, who are hopefully just too young and stupid to know better.

Peace!

You are rather ignorant, not even half of all the Germans in 1940 Germany were Nazis. Hitler got his army after invading all the countries around Germany and forcing people to believe what he believed. There are more FACISTS, not Nazis here in the U.S. than there are in Germany...get your facts right before you post something so ignorant and prejudice.

Of course not! And they'd be the first to get really angry that you even said this. Even during the war itself, not all Germans were Nazis and many got into trouble because they expressed their disagreement with the Nazi Party's philosophies.

Watch what you say or you'll get flamed.

No, not all Germans are Nazis. Where in the heck did you come up with this?

Absolutely not! Be very careful in making generalizations of any kind. Without understanding and expressing the enormously likely probability of vast and numerous exceptions, you will most certainly always be wrong in making them.
