whats the work done by the brakes?
the braking force?
the decelaration of the aircraft?
dont know what equations to use so any help would be grateful.
aeronautical engineering student.

Do your own home work.

That's basic physics, high school. You should be ashamed of yourself asking us to answer your silly questions here.

1. The work done is the same as the kinetic energy, 1/2mv^2.

2. f=ma and v=2as, work out the force yourself

3. should have been before 2, v^2 = u^2 + 2as so a=-u^2/(2s)

f is force, a is acceleration, u is initial speed, v = final speed, s is distance, m is mass.

I haven't looked at that stuff in 23 years, so best check.
