If I recall, Buddhism teaches that all evil in the world is a result of desire, and that the state of Nirvana (ultimate bliss) is freeing ones self from all desire. This being said, any laws should probably have something to do with that: avoiding commiting evil in the pursuit of personal desires, and instead attempting to rid ones self of desires. But my understanding of Buddhism is that it is, in general, non-restrictive of people's actions, because that in and of itself is a desire, and something Buddhism attempts to avoid.

You'll have to talk to a theologian for specifics.

There are no laws in Buddhism.

There is the eight fold path but that is not a law. There is no God in Buddhism that will fry you like a piece of bacon if you do not dance a certain way!

You are confusing the ignorance of monotheism with Buddhism!
Buddhism actually isn't a religion but a philosophy! There are no Laws in philosophy only ideas of what is beneficial and what is detrimental!

The basics are to adhere to a set of moral precepts encouraging right thinking, right speech and right practice. You don't need to know about Nirvana and metaphysics unless you choose to learn about them-it is first and foremost a system of practical philosophy for living a more fulfilling life.
