FROM THE EAST TO THE WEST....ANY PLACE IN CANADA IS THE BEST.........

As people will tell you their Province is the best place to live!

Each province has something different to offer, so it hard to answer without offending someone

We have fast paced large cities and quiet rural settings

For the warmest climate it is Victoria, B.C. or the Sunshine Coast

For extreme hot weather the average temperature for the interior
of B.C. 90 - 100 degrees....in the winter average is -3 below

So, British Columbia has the warmest climate but is also one of the most expensive to live . There is a joke here.....B.C. is short for Bring Cash !

There are more millionaires living in West Vancouver and Victoria than any other area of Canada.....million dollar houses/ condos are the norm here.

The average home in Greater Vancouver is around 500,000
for a older home! The same house type would be around 80,000
in Saskatchewan/Manitoba/ Nova Scotia

Every place has its ups and downs all over the world and Canada is no different. You will find people friendly everywhere and like any other country.....the smaller towns are always friendlier than a large city and the best places to live.

Hope this answers your question

The best climate in Canada is on the West coast of British Columbia. Vancouver is the main city there, & Victoria on Vancouver Island is the capital city. The lower mainland area around Vancouver is a good place to live if you don' want to live in a large city.

I lived in Canada for 7 years. It is a beautiful country. I always found people very friendly whereever I went.

My favority cities that I could see myself living at are: Ottawa in Ontario, Victoria in British Columbia, and Quebec City (this one you would need to know French).

Victoria would have by far the warmest (or less cold) weather. But don't get shy with the weather, I am originally from Brazil and I loved the cold Ottawa :)

Regards.

Lower BC is the mildest, most temperate climate but it does not have the hottest summer weather. Most of the rest of Canada has hotter summer days (some days up to 40 C - 102 F).

well, the winters are going to be cold everywhere. bottom line. (save *maybe* BC---it might not get really cold, but I would hardly call it "the best climante" It will rain non-stop from november to april. it's not fun) anyway....Alberta---ridculously cold in the winter--same for saskatchewan and manitoba and northern ontario.
southern ontario might be a good bet for you. Yes, a few months in the winter it'll be quite chilly and snowy, but the spring and fall are typically moderate and the summer is fantastic in southern ontario. in fact, in can get too hot in ontario in the summer---typically temperatures are in the 30's for July. If city living ins't your thing, there are plenty of smaller cities/towns outside of Toronto with lots of lovely people :)
