I mean what exactly do I say? Like how do I say it? Maybe some kind of story I can use? Some excuse? Some reason?
It's so hard.

If you have a reason for breaking up let her know what it is. Most people on her end just want to know why. If not and you just want to break up, tell her you're just not feeling it anymore. Obviously you care for her or you wouldn't be so concerned about how to break up with her. Just do it face to face, don't take the coward route. She'll probably cry or get mad but she will get over it. Or she might be feeling the same thing you are. It's never easy, you just have to blurt it out and get it over with. Good luck.

Just say exactly how you feel. It is better to tell her sooner than later because if you really don't want to be with her anymore, she is unconsciously wasting her time, seeing as she could be looking for another guy to move on with instead of being with someone who doesn't want to continue having a relationship with her. sorry if this doesn't make sense

Be honest and tell her how you feel. Yes its hard, and yes it sucks. But the longer you draw it out, the longer you're going to be hurt and hurting her.
