I have a trust issue with my present man. He said that his diabetes get in the way of his man thing, and then i seen a hicky on this neck. He came to brake up with me but then we made up. I can't trust in in the cheating part.He use to be consistent in many good ways now i see that he does not call when he says he is and he does not come and see me when he is suppose to. Like today. I am inraged, . But besides that we have been getting alone fine. He is affectionate and tells me he loves me. He is older then me . I dont know what to do.

If you can't trust him, that's your answer right there. You can't have a healthy relationship without trust on both sides. I suggest moving on and finding someone you can trust.
