i'm not anorexic or anything, it's just that i find absolutely no time to eat either lunch or breakfast. and now i think it's become a habit cuz i'm never hungry. i can concentrate just fine, and i have lots of energy, and i feel just fine, but i'm just wondering how bad is skipping meals and what's gonna happen later on.

I do the samething! I sometimes go a whole day without eating, I am just never hungry, my friends think I am anorexic, I feel fine, and look fine, I don't think it will do anything to you.

well i think that this is a fixable problem
just start easing yourself into eating again like try eating little at a time until you can eat more. Like start off with a cracker than go to like two crackers and so on. That should help my friend had that problem too and now she is fine in fact she eats two breakfasts and still has room for lunch.

I am on Disabilty and thats what I do to survive. I eat once a day because that is all I can actually afford to eat. The internet costs $25 a mnth, the PC was a present, I eat when I have food, that is usually once a day. I am still alive.

It will slow your metabolism and you could gain more weight. Your body also will store calories and fat from other meals, so when you do eat you are actually eating a double amount of caloires and fat.

You'll lose weight over time, I will warn you to never start calorie restriction without a good multivitamin. You can very easily get a vitamin or mineral deficiency.

Your body actually stores more fat and you burn your muscle to lose weight. It is so important to eat 5 small meals to train your body to burn fat the entire day.

u wil probably start to lose vitamins and mineralys out of your body and will start to become lethargic
