Some weird behavior that comes with the territory. If people don't care for dogs, horses, whatever, they just avoid/ignore them, but cat haters are in a class all their own: they love to tell people how they run over cats on the road, shoot them if they come in their yard, etc. Probably the same types that are screaming homphobes. And you know what they say about THEM...

Because they hope to annoy cat lovers. They get some twisted satisfaction out of upsetting others. This is a form of sadism and it is best to ignore them and not give them the emotional reward they are seeking. Even an accumulation of thumbs down is a victory for them.

I have to agree with you. I have noticed that they are some idiots on here with some rude answers. If they don't know the answers or can't answer them correctly or with respect for the askers sake, than don't waste their time. It is very rude. But we must remember that some people out there are just born with out hearts and don't care ABOUT NOONE BUT THEMSELVES! I am on your side with this question of yours...Good One to ASK? Thank you :>)

They are just plain hateful people! It takes intelligence to know and love a cat. My cat Mia told me so.

I think their role is to annoy cat lovers. They try to reach us cat lovers to convince us of their distorted opinions. Unfortunately they are in the wrong place because cats rule!

I relate it to being like a 2 year old. If you cant get attention any other way, you act out. Any attention is better than no attention to them. :P

perhaps they are just arrogant and immature and feel a need to wxpress themselves in socially inappropriate ways because they are not getting what they "need" anywhere else--they do not realize their names and info is on record in yahoo and are, therefore, traceable as we complain and continue to report their abusiveness.
