I am 13 and try to get some abs, i try and try but dont get great results. What else can I do?

try plastic sugeion procedure called liposuctsion hunny. get permiossion from someone first.

Im 13 too. I exercise ocassionaly and Im involved in a couple of sports.I have a 4 pack, so sit ups and crunches give pretty good results for me. But if your going to try to get abs its not just working out. You have to eat well too. The fat wil just become muscle if you only work out so you will still look fat but not be.. Its like an illusion. Good luck.

try doing crunches I actually have an ab lounge that works great Im not a teenager but i have great looking abs You also need to make sure you are eating healthy stay away from soda too as 1 can of soda a day can lead to 15 pounds gained in a year

You just became a teenager. My advice is do not become obsessed with any of this. Its good to eat healthy to take care of your body, but you might not want to be so concerned with your stomach. Now, if your playing sports and abdominal muscles improve performance... thats understandable. If its for cosmetic purposes, watch it. You're body is still developing anways. You'll recieve better results around 16 years of age. I'm 22 now, but I developed anorexia at 11. It takes years to get out of the anorexic hold. It all starts with a simple concern about your body. A slight desire to be thin like everyone else. Just be careful, and take care of your body for good reasons.

Hey, I'm only 13(i put 16 so they'd let me do yahoo answers) and I have no abs. dont push yourself to get abs. do it gradually, they dont just come over night.

just have a good balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
