Im going on my first holiday with my boyfreind in jan, is it possible for me to tone up and lose weight by then, without using a mad diet with crap food?

Kinda short scheduled. But you might be able to drop a few lbs. with exercise and a mild diet. But don't expect too much with such a short period of time to work with. Just have some fun on the trip...that's what's really important anyway.

Go with the "healthy" foods your body needs: Chicken, lean meat, veggies, fruits, and salad, etc. Cut out the refined carbs like bread, chips, and crap fast foods. I dont like to advocate the low carb diets, but ommitting the empty carbs really does drop weight fast. Add some basic exercise for 30 minutes daily and you will see results.

I use an online pesonal trainer which has worked great. It has worked the best for me than any other diet or program. Plus I don't have to join a gym.

i am doing a program called Slim In 6 and it guarantees results in six weeks If you cant afford the program just do an aerobic workout six times a week and eat healthy
