Has to be Pork (the ugly cousin of the roasts). Must have good crackling and gravy, idezally an uncharacteristic Yorkshire Pud too. As for veg, roast carrot is a beast! Big chunks of it put in with your joint of meat.

I love any roast meat as long as it's tender and juicy (preferably beef or lamb). I MUST have roast potatoes and preferably yorkshire puds (who says they should only be served with beef....what rubbish)!. On top of that I'd have roast parsnips (cut lengthways) and brussel sprouts (especially if done with garlic, bacon and onion). Plus a nice gravy. I love my veg so for me, roast carrots (also cut lengthways and roasted with the parsnips)would be good too or shredded cabbage and onion.
My favourite meat not roasted is ham!
Oh I'm hungry now. My 4.5yr old fell ill this afternoon with flu-y type symptoms...he's asleep now. But it stopped me from cooking our Sunday evening roast and for a change, it was going to be an unsmoked gammon joint and I was just gonna do big roast corn cobs and sweet potato chips/fries (roasted).
Guess it'll just be beans on toast now as too late to roast but we'll have tomorrow evening instead, especially if I'm at home all day with little un ill and not been able to shop.

Broccoli
Cauli with Cheese Sauce - THE BEST EVER COZ I MAKE IT!
Yorkshire Puddings
Or mashed swede n carrots with pepper and butter
Gravy from the meat juices

Roast chicken I don't eat beef or pork so I guess that would have to be it. My favorite veggie is Asapragus and my fave meat not roasted is also chicken

Roast pork, with great crackling, and a yorkshire pud, with pureed carrots and lots of black pepper, oh and a few sprouts and lashings of good gravy!! yummy!
