No. I'm Jewish and I learn with my classmates at hebrew school, which consists of many different teachers. Many times, I see my teachers interpret excerpts from the Bible in ways that make no sense to me. In many cases, I come up with my own interpretation that seems more logical to me and helps me to feel more comfortable with the religious text. Sometimes, my teachers will disagree with each other. For instance, the same quote was used in one class to show that the Bible does not approve of abortion. Several months later, that quote appeared in a different class, in which the teacher explained the quote in a way that justified abortions.
There is never a time when everyone in my hebrew school sees things the exact same way.
Disagreeing is probably the best part of religion. After all, God gave use brains, so let's use them. (Of course, that logic implies that creationism is correct, but I personally agree with that, so I disagree with my own religious logic.) Religion shouldn't be about following blindly and trusting every word that the clergy say. Rather, it should be about understanding morality as it applies to them.

No, in fact I disagreed with a analogy my pastor made this morning at church. He was speaking of being generous and told the story of when the wealthy man asked Jesus what to do to get into heaven and He said "Obey the commandments". The man said he already did that, so what did he need to do to be perfect. Jesus told him "Give away everything you own and follow Me". The man went away sad because he was very wealthy. That's when Jesus made the statement about it being easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get into heaven.
Point is, the pastor didn't even mention the part where the man said what he should do about being perfect - just jumped right into giving everything away. I thought he sort of missed the whole point of the story lol. I was squirming in my seat to keep from standing up and telling him he made a bad analogy lol.

I never thought about this.
I cannot remember a time I have differed with my congregation.
As far as my religion goes---I do not agree with the Orthodox branch that say only a convert who converts thru Orthodoxy is a Jew. This is because that person is living a strict Orthodox/Kosher life. And, I believe that people have to find their own way to practice their religion.

Acts 17:10,11
10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.
I believe and hang on ever word of Jesus. and in these verses, the bereans' searched the scriptures to see if what paul was saying was true, which was a good thing.

I do not always agree with the members of my church.
I'm a Unitarian Universalist, and we have members with all sorts of crazy beliefs. But I don't think we should come to a religious body to be agreed with. We should go to learn, be challenged and to revere the Sacred.

No, if I have a different perspective on something they'll know about it. For them to expect you to agree with them is like a form of programming, to agree whether you do or not. Without different views and opinions you cannot move forward. You'd be like a gerbal in a carousal, running but not getting anywhere. Peace.

Never met another one like me in person so I can't say for sure but I doubt I would. I don't think two human beings can agree on everything unless one is deferring to the others judgment.
