In Spanish Yo means Me but yes you can say it also means I but can also mean mine like sample
( Yo me llamo Isabella)(My name is Isabella)(Yo quiero)(I want)
or like this (Quien se comio la galleta? Yo!)(who ate the Cookie? Me)well I hope I answered your question.

yes "yo" means I
Example: Yo te amo (I love you)
and "yo" is also used as in me
Example: Who wants to go to the movies?
A reply in spainsh would be " yo"
meaning me.
