He was beheaded once. It was recorded in all the gospels, but it's still only one time beheaded, just recorded numerous times by different witnesses.

I sense a trick in this question.

With all the medical technology around those days it could be easy to do it as many times as they put his head back on. When it came off it also feel into a big bucket of ice. What better odds could he have?

I don't know but what I do know is that only the first beheading mattered.
