Ok. I gotcha. You are going to have to do what we like to call hair of the dog that bit ya. Drink a beer. It helps believe it or not. Ok, now do you want to know how you can drink and never have a hang over? I'll tell you. Switch between water and your alcohol of choice, and then before you go to bed the night of drinking - drink an entire big glass of water. Sound weird? I'll tell you why it works. Alcohol dehydrates your liver which is what causes drunkeness which is fun while it happens but you pay the next day. So keep your liver hydrated and keep the hang over monster away. Bonus tip - the water doesn't take away your buzz and may intensify feeling.

1. TONS of water. As many glasses of it as you can stomach

2. Go back to sleep

3. Wake up. One glass of water + several cups of hot, black coffee (and a cigarette if you smoke) + asprin, followed by more water

4. Eat a meal of greasy, fatty food, but no meat (grilled cheese + fries or something along those lines)

5. Water

6. Go back to sleep again

7. Wake up feeling great!!!!

works every time.

Although it may sound funny coming from me........

I always eat something greasy, like McDonald's to try to get rid of a hangover.

#1 you really shoulc limit your intake of alcohol....it's not good for you.... but I won't be a hypocrit...
Drink plenty of water and eat some food......pop an aspirin and go back to bed..........it just has to run it's course and leave your system.... sorry.....it's not fun.
