All of those answers were good ones, but...
A lot of your less expensive facial lotions are not organic and therefore contain lots of elements that create an oily film on the skin. If you don't mind spending a little more, Kiehl's sells an amazing facial moisturizer specifically for men that is all natural ingredients and it keeps your skin completely moisturized the entire day and your face remains dry to the touch. You can get this at an upscale retailer such as Bloomingdale's or Nordstroms or buy it online and have it shipped to you. It runs about $24 and it should last you about 2 months.

there are so many face lotions out there that you can pick from...but the BEST advice i ever got from a professional make-up person is to ALWAYS use a facecream and an eyecream(guys too) and that even if you have oily skin, you should use face lotion and you should NEVER use an oil free face lotion...that would defeat the purpose.
Personally, i use oil of olay products...they have never let me down. I find that all of that neutrogina, clean and clear, clearisil...all of that "teen" stuff does nothing but make your face worse!!
