I have to be honest I need to make some money and even though she is hot and I'd like to play with her I'd rather sue her for money.

It all depends where it happened and how. A long time ago I worked for a large retail store. The person who was in charge of employment was hot on me she was old enough to be my mother at that time.
I got married and she fired me the same day I got married. Back then there was no sexual harrassment . There was no grounds to fire me and she showed up that night at the wedding.
If I could turn the clock back I think I would of sued

Unless she is a co-worker or something i dont know if you can...do you really need money so badly that you're willing to ruin her life? She'll be hard up for money then, will it be ok for her to sue someone to make money? Thats the sleazy way out.
Marry her and hope shes rich instead.

Dude, that`s stupid. Especially if you LIKE that she touched you, it really isn`t harrassment. They`ll get you to say that you thought she was hot and everything. It would fall through, and you`d lose more money than you`d gain.

if your intent behind the law suit is just for the money, then i suggest that you don't because you can ruin another persons life because of your greed, but if you are doing it because you are emotionally distraught because she touched you, then go for it...of you could charge her to touch your a**.
