Yes, Wicca has deities. They are usually generically referred to as "God and Goddess" or "Lord and Lady". Upon initiation, the names of the deities of that specific coven will be revealed. The names of the deities are part of the reason for the oaths in British Traditional Witchcraft.
In Neo-Wicca paths, many people choose their deities from pre-Christian cultures (or their deities choose them). There isn't any standard or consensus.
While many people believe in the supernatural, I've met more who do not. Instead they believe that everything is natural, but it may not be understood/explainable right now.

I think most would say yes... but since there aren't many rigid rules defining exactly how one can believe, many have different takes on it. Personally, I see one Divine that represents itself to us as both Feminine and Masculine, and can also manifest as other Gods/Goddesses when needed. As for supernatural... again that depends who you talk to. I believe in spirits, ghosts, etc.

gods? they tend to, but it depends on the individual.
supernatural? depends on your definition. some see it as an integral part of nature - not an external force as the word "supernatural" implies.
