just break-up with him...
obviously you aren't happy enough with the relationship to be faithful. you dont need to tell him. just break-up. it better than dealing with the guilt. if he did it to you, you would be extremely upset, im sure.

I think you should tell him, nine times outta ten they find out some way any way, and then you look like more of dink for lieing and covering up. Just be honest, say listen your going to be upset and i'm really sorry but.......
He will be mad and you may lose him, just tell him you understand that and your willing to work with him to gain back the trust. Good luck I hope it turns out for the best.

It depends if you still love him or if you made a mistake and still want to be with him.. in my opinion if you love him and you just had a one night stand or you just really messed up then i wouldn't tell him.. It'll cause alot of problems, and trust will be gone, but if you want him to know then just be as honest as you can with him.. and you have to think that there's a very good chance he might brake things off..
