Maybe you flirt more with the other guy so that the hottie notices you more and will get a little jealous and therefore may ask you out,but then again that could backfire so if i were you i would stick too enjoying both there company and just let nature take its course,you will find out sooner or later.

This is such a silly question. You sound like you are young, perhaps too young to "like" anybody. That said, it sounds like you "like" the best friend but you are physically attracted to the "hottie." But seriously, if you have to ask outsiders, I wonder if you really "like" either of them.

You actually like the person with whom you wont flirt. Flirting and making love are inborn talents and even if you have strong desire for the person you like the most, he may fail in his attempt.
