If a guy pushes you against a locker and tries to feel you up against ur will, it's considered molestation right?? My friend says no and I should be OK with it. Is she right??

Honey, that's sexual assualt and you need to report him to the police! This time he only molested you but what will happen next time? Rape? Don't let this creep violate you take control and grab him by the balls (not literally). Oh and your friend......is a complete prat!

It is considered sexual assault in many cases. Especially if you've vocally and physically made it known that you do not want this person's hands on your body, he should respect your wishes and stay the hell back. No one should take such unwanted behavior from another person. You are not wrong for saying as such and not condoning this behavior for others. If she doesn't like, have her consult a dictionary and look up sexual assualt, battery, and/or rape. Laws are different in each state, but a dictionary can help you define some of the perimeters.
If you don't stop such behavior at this level, he'll think it's ok once he's in college and an adult. Be firm in your stance and if it becomes a huge issue after you've said no, don't be afraid to talk to your parents on this matter. They should be in the loop if you can't handle this with a NO.

NO it's not okay and YES you should tell someone...talk to your guideance counselor at school...he's using his popularity to take advantage of people knowing they will fear turning him in (as you do)...I think you'd be surprised at how many people will back you up if you do report him...no telling how many others he's done this to.
Don't ever let someone take advantage of you...he needs to learn there are limits in life and just because he's well liked, doesn't make him immune to the rules of the school or society.

I'd go straight to your school principal and superintendant. INSIST something be done about theis guy.

Even tell your folks, and get an attorney and have him arrested. YOu may be stopping a young rapest from growing into an old one!!

You don't mention what state you reside in; however, what you describe is referred to as sexual battery in the state of Georgia. It is defined as:
A person commits the offense of sexual battery when he intentionally makes physical contact with the intimate parts of the body of another person without the consent of that person.
You should report this assault to your parents and school administrators.

that is horrible!! you should definitely report him for molestation. Do not listen to your friend!! If you are scared to do report him think of all the girls you will be preventing him from doing that to in the future.
