This is not my personal saying but one I've heard. The best way to get over somebody is to get under somebody else.

Breaking up is always hard, possibly not so much so if you are the one doing the breaking up. It will take time, but there is someone out there for you and when you find that someone you will wonder why you asked this question. Just try and remember that. There is always a brighter tomorrow. I don't think anyone knows how to mend a broken heart, I certainly don't, as everyone is different and has different needs. Hopefully you will find your Mr. Right soon so won't have to suffer a broken heart for too long. Best of luck.

Do things that make you feel happy...little simple things that make you smile...like smelling a flower, looking at a clear sky, going to a special place that you like for example a restuarant, a cafe, or a spa...
Just try to enjoy the little things in life....things that bring happiness just because they are so simple and pure...
Talk to people...your friends...they can be of great help to you....
Find a new hobby or develop an existing one...i love reading...why not try reading a funny book?
Good Luck...

You just have to move on. I do not mean to sound harsh or anything, but it is always so hard when you break from somebody you love, and then we try to hold on, or sometimes we have false hope. You have to move forward, see what time will bring, heal yourself to the best of your ability. I think it would be better then bringing about self torture. It is always hard to let go, but try to find the strength to do it, then you will find away to get through the harder moments.
All the best....
Love

first think of all the bad things that they have done to you.
tell somebody about it like mom, dad, friend, neighbour and getting it all of your chest will help you feel better then eat lots of chocolate ,sweets, popcorn yummy :P
and why don't you try going out and meeting new people
and if it all does work why don't you try and to talk the person who broke your heart maybe if they know how much they hurt you they it will make you feel better and maybe you could be mates just remember that you don't need to be treated in the way that you don't want to
good luck and feel better :D GO YOU !!

First of all! Dont go out looking for someone else! Give yourself time to go through all the stuff thats going on in your head. Take time out, spend it with good mates, take up hobbies, get out there and do fun stuff! You probably dont feel like doing anything much right now! Just basically take care of yourself, be good to yourself and dont beat yourself up about it! the man/woman of you dreams is out there somewhere mate, but dont go looking for them! They'll arrive when your ready! xxxxxx

Try not dwelling on the past and look forward. Everybody needs a little time to themseves. Don't be in a rush and concentrate on some hobby.
