There's this girl that I hanged out with four other people on friday night. we were just all driving and I was talking to her a lot. Is it ok just to ask her if she wants to see a movie as friends? We would always say hi to eachother in school in the hallway and she seems interested in me. Thanks for the help.

Why not, especially if you like her and you've already broken the ice and hung out a bit.
I wouldn't ask her to the movies 'as friends' unless that's all you wanted (as in a relationship). If you only want to be friends with her, then yes, offer to go as friends so that her feelings don't get hurt if she really does like you and you don't feel the same.

Well, yeah its totally okay to go to the movies with a friend thats another gender. I go to the movies with Boys that are my friends. Just ask her if she wants to go as friends. And maybe you guys could end up going out. BeSt Of LuCk

Go for it brother,but when you ask her to go to the movies dont put the (as friends )into the conversation because When you make that move she will have an out she will Bring up that remember we are going out just as friends.Then you will have to start it all over again

of course!! there is nothing wrong with going out with a girl as just friends. She will probably be very happy to go with you, becuase just being asked to go somewhere with a guy even is it isn't a date is a great feeling. Who knows, maybe you to will become more then friends. Hoped this helped.

Ask her as friends! I bet you that she'd enjoy it(trust me, I'm a girl), and would love to be friends with you. If she exspresses more interest toward you, and you feel the same way, ask her out on a real date!

Yeah, I think it's just fine. Just say "Hey you wanna go see a movie? *SMILE*". That's all you need to do. But if she doesn't feel the same way don't get a down, it happens. How old are you anyways?

well, not to correct, but its hung not hanged.
but anyways, i'm a girl, and if i was in her position i would want whoever that guy was to ask me out.
so in other words, yes its ok. just next time you see her in the hall, ask her if she wants to go to a movie or have dinner or something like that.
