If you have specific facts that lead you to believe that a child, whom you know personally, is being abused or exploited, and you know where that child may live, you need to contact your local law enforcement immediately to report it. (Dial 9-1-1) Every second that goes by without you reporting it is one more second that the child is being victimized.
If you have identified an instance where a child is being exploited on the Internet, but you don't know where that child lives, you can go to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) Website at:
http://www.missingkids.com/cybertip/
NCMEC is very well organized and will definitely forward your information to local law enforcement, a regional ICAC task force, and Immigration & Customs Enforcement.

Not sure where you live. Im actually going through this process now. Look up your counties "DCF(department children families) or CPS(Child protective services). Tell them. You can also go to the poilce, speak with a sex crime detective.

You pick up the phone and call the police before the child suffers any further abuse. Don't stop and think, just do it NOW
