i work out every day in the gym and burn 1000 calories per day, but the gym is locked today,i am totally freaking out, and someone online wrote this to me to "help" me with my previous question:
your getting fatter as you type....sitting on your big fat butt, go outside and jog, dress warm and dont worry running will keep you warm....

then look for other places you can work out, get tapes etc for home....make sure you dont eat anything cause it will go straight to your thighs and hips.
is this true? will this happen to me? i am so freaked!!!

This is not true at all. If you are burning that many calories today, I am sure you are at a normal weight, healthy weight! It's okay if you don't work out EVERY DAY, in fact, it's good to take a day off once in a while. Eat at least 1200 calories when you don't work out , too, you need calories for every day energy.

Don't worry about it if you work out every day one day of rest is good for you. Your body isn't going to get fat from just one day of no working out. You'll be fine. Just snack healthy snacks and make sure you eat 6 times a day and drink lots of water.

Chill, jeez! I don't think anything changes if you miss the gym for ONE day!

I'm not exactly sure if going to the gym everyday is even healthy, you know? Like you're supposed to give your body a break in between workouts.

no... if you eat healthy and burn 1000 calories then you are fine....don't worry.....some people are just born fat and it doesn't mean they are unhealthy.....

some people have fast metabolisms and are really skinny but they don't exercise and they eat junk food and so they are unhealthy even though they are skinny....

to speed up your metabolism.....don't skip breakfast
