Not sure that you can, because I'm not sure tea was being imported as early as 1670. Coffee was a very trendy drink, however, with many 'coffee houses' existing. Tea drinking didn't come into fashion until the 18th century when it was very very expensive and only for the richest. The mistress of the house would have a locked tea caddy with the key secreted about her person. She would measure the leaves into the teapot when the servants brought the hot water.
