You have a couple of options. "Static" is caused by a positive or negative potential built up on a non-conductor. There is no path for the potential to "relieve" the imbalance, so the potential serves to attract neutrally or oppositely charged objects. The solution lies in providing a conductive path to allow the charge to leave the non-conductor.

You can make the film conductive with an additional process (not usually viable unless the purpose of the film is to be conductive, such as overwrap to protect electronic devices).

Or, you can use a conductive "brush" as you unroll or other wise feed your film. This stuff looks a lot like Christmas Tree garland or decoration. It is made of fine copper foil or from conductive Mylar. It is arranged in this "garland" configuration to be brushed across the film as it is unrolled. It gives the potential on the film a path to bleed off, and thereby eliminate the static.

There are also conductive liquid sprays (think trouser legs and "Static Guard") that eliminate static by spraying them on. They work well on fabrics; I am not sure what kind of residue is left. I believe they are just an ionic surfactant in an aerosol form.

Good luck with it.

Place Static String or ion360F Rods under film after pull rollers, just before wrapping. Make sure the Static String or ion360F rod is closer to the film than any other machine surface including rollers.

Recommendation
Static String, Static Elastic or ion360F Rods

the static on overwap
1 you can buy the film in a anti static form
or esd free film
you can treat it (the film) with a brush that has a tiny radioactive particle in it's head
used for /with photography to clean sheet film
i've had and used one for years
this not only reverses the static charge but also causes it to repel all dust particles
