You've been friends with her for awhile now and she knows that you have feelings for her. The best thing to do is just give her the space she needs. You cant make someone love you. She knows how you feel and if she has the same feelings for you, she'll come to you. So just wait and be patient. Theres really nothing much more you can do, even though you see her in pain. Just be there for her when she needs you.

dont be like most of us guys and want to run in and be the knight in shining armor. you got to be there for her first, give it time to fester and let your relationship bloom. start by being her close freind. if she dates another guy right after this and its not you, STAY ON THE SADDLE. dont take it personally because all that is is a rebound and those dont last long at all. you could see it as almost a good thing because the one after the rebound normally is the one that stays on as the new bf! but like i said be her freind, even if it takes a while to get there you will eventually get there. i knew a girl once and left and saw her 5 years later, ruined it by charging in to fast, dont do that. be her best guy freind and by doing that it will by default soon bump u up to her bf! good luck man

i think you should just be there for her until she gets over this other guy, then she will probably come to you.
