I have to have everything in my house perfectly strait, for example, the pictures on my wall, things sitting on my coffee table has to be lined up JUST the way I want them or I will stop whatever I am doing to fix it, the place mats on my table has to be strait, I freak out if they arent. When I fold towels or blankets with a tag, the tag has to go on the inside, the same as when I hang a towel, the tag as to be hidden on the inside. When I tear toilet paper off the roll, it has to be a strait tear, if it is ripped, I will tear off another piece until it is strait...yes it's weird I know. If someone gets up from my table and does not push the chair back in (even if their coming right back) I will get up and push it in for them. There is many other things that I am really obsessed with, unfortunatley I don't have time to explain them all......but I would like to know, am I OCD?

The symptoms you suggest are defin symptoms of OCD but not necessarily meaning you are clinical OCD. we all have symptoms of different psychosi and exhibit these behaviors but can still function and lead productive lives.
if you find these behaviors you exhibit interfere with your life to function and get things done or are hurting those close to you - it is time to get an initial exam or talk with a professional.

Note: I am the same way. I do the same exact things. I feel that if these things are not done - then bad things will happen. However - I have learned to still do the behaviors - just cut out the part of saying bad will occur if they are not done.
The result is that my house is spotless but now I can clean my house without associating negativity or outcomes based on my behavior.
try that - but do not rule out seeking a moderate form of a professional eval. just for kicks. just because you go to a shrink - does not mean there is something wrong with you.

I went and found out Therapy is the like having a best friend who tells you the truth.

You need to look beyond the present to life in Eternity.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

Yes you are OCD! You need to see a professional about this...OCD is a very stressful condition and can lead to "other problems" if untreated!!
