Well just stay healthy someitmes when you are bigger then others it is a good thing, It could possibly mean that other people are just too skinny. My suggestion...dont eat to many carbs,just eat healthy foods and whne you think your hungry wait a couple minutes and you will find out if you really are...also say you eat a bag of chips take a hand full put the bag away and if your body desides it wants more THEN get more.(I teach health)

It is great!! When I was in a cardio class we had to wear this heart meter and when I skipped, it put me in the highest zone (which means I was working hard and burning a lot of calories)

Skipping is good, it's cardio, gets your heart rate up. Anything that gets your heart rate up can help burn calories and lose weight. Don't forget to eat healthy though--avoid saturated and trans fats, eat lean meat, complex carbs, and plenty of fiber!
