You can't target specific areas. Chances are your calfs have reached their natural shape. It takes a while following weight reduction for things to even out especially if you have lost weight quickly. Try to be content with how you are. Be happy.

You can't spot-reduce. But you can do exercises that work those muscles, and muscle helps burn fat everywhere. Do calf-lifts with weights, or you can do them on stairs as well. Just keep doing cardio and you'll see results.

You probably can not actually lose weight from your calf's, but what you can do is find specific exercises that will tone up those muscles.

your calves are part of your leg, right? If you build muscle in your legs than you build muscles in ur calves too. Also, when your walking up and down the stairs, walk on your tip toes, it really works the calves. Or stand tip toed on the edge of a stair, and raise yourself up and down. Whenever your on your tip toes it works your calves.
