The ohm (symbol: Ω) is the SI unit of electrical impedance or, in the direct current case, electrical resistance, named after Georg Ohm

An ohm is a resistance that produces a potential difference of one volt when a current of one ampere is flowing through it.

It is a meditative word used to relax and get in touch with nature. Some religions believe that the 'sound' the universe made when it was created was "ohm".
I assume you mislabeled your topic, but in case you're referring to the "Ohm" unit, it is the electrical unit of resistivity. Voltage accross an ohmic device (such as a resistor) is equal to the product of its current (I amps) and its resistance (R ohms).

It doesn't have a definition. It's just a word Buddists use to relax themselves. Kind of like ah, and mmm, and ew. A word like that is what it is. You use it to express relaxation. Like you use ew to express "disgustingness".
