I have been talking with a filipina girl for about 8 months; chat, email, cam to cam, talk on phone and we have fallen in love with each other. I want to go there for vacation in order to meet her and if we both choose to, we want to get married ....I would like to bring her back with me when I return to USA after my vacation. Can I do that? If so what is involved in doing so?

If you go to the Philippines and marry her, you will need to file for a K-3 Spouse visa for her upon your return to the US. She will not be able to come back with you to the US after your vacation. She will need to remain in the Philippines until her visa has been processed (which could up to a year or so).

Be aware that the Embassies in the Philippines are real tough since the Philippines is considered a high visa fraud country. If you go this route, your evidence of relationship will have to be strong.

In short, you can do that but its not easy. The US government is particular on who they let in. The fiance visa is another option, depending on your circumstances it could be better. The absolute minimum the fiance visa will take is 3 months. If you do decide to get married in the Philippine's you will have to go through the process outlined in the link below.

You couldn't just pack her on the plane. If you are married you can apply for a visa based on that, but it will take months, not days.

You might want to check out the figures on the % of women who stay in a marriage after they get percent status. It is close to zero. You are being used as a free meal ticket.

You have to request/apply for a fiance visa at the US embasy in the phillipines for her and it will take about 3 months to process. Even if you got married in the Phillipines it would take this long to process in order for her to come into the US legally, marriage doesn't make it legal automatically.

The rules keep changing, Check with the state department. Of the top of my head, i would say no, and that she will at least need her own passport.
