The two main parts of the Mass are the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

2 parts of the Mass is the reading of the Word, the Gospel and the Holy Eucharist, receiving Jesus. I'm not sure what your 2nd question is asking so I can't answer that one. I am devote Catholic and am in 2 weekly Bible studies and have been for almost 4 years now. I do a lot of reading and praying about the Catholic Church and faith.
