Being an aunt of all girls up until recently... i wouldnt know how to answer that. But my mom got marride this past summer and i lucked out by inheriting not only and awesome step dad and step sister... but a very adorable 2 year old nephew and brand spankin' new niece. (Just after finding out i'm pregnant myself! YIPEE!).... Anyways.. back to the point. Now that i've spent so much time with my nephew jordan.. its easy to see... that he apsolutley loves playing with babies...and doll carriers. Even though he's all boy.. and sometimes smashes the dolls heads into the floor to hear it say "night night.." or "wahhhh".... he still loves them. My mom says...(who has run both a at home daycare, and a school daycare) "These boys are going to grow up to be dads eventually, why not start practicing now. They also cook, and go grocery shopping just like women do... so i say.. let them practice now.. it'll only make better men for the future."
hope this is helpful.

I gave a friend a stroller with a doll, her daughter is almost three. But, my girlfriend who was with me brought her son who was just over a year old (14 months) at the time. He wanted that stroller the whole time!! And, she is getting him one for Christmas - he loved it.

I think your son will have a fun time with it. Since he's being pushed around he's old enough to understand. And, it probably gives him a sense of accomplishment to push someone else around. :)) Plus, he gets to show off for you!!

I have three boys. They all loved pushing my nieces strollers around. My sister gave one to us, and I was never worried about the fact that they are boys. Hey, you're just going to be raising a boy that will be an awesome father someday. Don't you love seeing dads out walking their babies! Your sister's girl can play with it when she visits. Everybody loves a stroller!

i would totally give it to your son. i dont think that there is shame in letting boys play with girls toys. letting a baby boy play with a babydoll carriage isn't going to make him gay or anything.

10 months old is way too young to start worrying about gender identity when it comes to toys.Let him have at it if he enjoys playing with the thing.

The baby's father might rip on you for it but I don't see anything wrong with letting him play with it if he's interested =)
