Okay, obviously beer does not freeze at 32 degrees, but is 25 safe? 20? I need to leave my brew in the car so my roomates wont steal it, and its getting kinda cold here...

It's got to get pretty cold for it to freeze enough to cause anything bad to happen. And plus you should buy bottles since I've never seen a beer in a bottle freeze enough to explode.

As long as it's above freezing you will be fine(34-36). The colder the better I say.

Most domestic draft beer is not pasteurized, so it must be kept cold. The temperature of the beer must be maintained between 36-38°F all the way to the point of dispense. Temperatures above 38°F will cause foam and promote sour/cloudy beer. When temperature rises above 50-55°F, bacteria growth rapidly begins to spoil flavor and cloud the beer. Simply put, keg beer storage can be compared to milk storage: "if it is not kept cold, it will spoil."

This site says something totally different so you be the judge.

OK so make sure you put it inside of a cooler so if it does explode it won't make a mess in your car. Good Luck.

25 will make it a little slushy but still very drinkable and quiet refreshing

98.6 degrees is perfect. That's what temperature I store it. Right in my tummy:)

Whatever you do, don't let the cans explode. That would be considered alcohol abuse.
