Marijuana does not cause physical withdrawals. One of the reasons is that it takes a long time to flush itself from the system.
If you are feeling "withdrawals" then there is one of three explanations.
The first is that you have some other ailment entirely.
The second is that you were taking something other than marijuana. However, this is probably unlikely because -- if you had been -- you probably would have noticed the additional effects -- like the puking caused by ingesting opiates. That is hard to miss if someone laced your pot with opium. Not likely.
The third is that you are experiencing pyschological symptoms. One of the leading researchers on the subject has come to the conclusion that most regular "recreational" drug use of any kind is really self-medication. That is, the people who are using the drug are using it to relieve anxiety or other psychological symptoms, much the same way that they might use Valium from the doctor. This doesn't mean that they are necessarily "sick" -- it just means that those individuals have reached a stress level (for whatever reason) that they want an anti-anxiety drug. (Water buffaloes in Vietnam were observed to munch opium poppies after bombing raids, so this is not restricted to humans.)
I would suggest that you look at the things causing anxiety or tension in your history and see if what you are feeling may be related to that.

Make sure you are eating well. Don't miss a meal. Go outside and breath some fresh air. I don't know if this is pushing it, but exercise too.
When my friend was going through withdrawls he lost his appetite and just sat around. He was like a zombie and lost hella weight.
You got to motivate yourself to go out and do something. Rebuild yourself.

take hot baths, go for walks, eat crunchy items (like carrots and pickles) that help with the oral fixation. read a lot. stay off the caffeine which will get you wired and you'll start to crave a smoke b/c you'll want a downer. good luck. i tried to quit, i was clean for 4 months but i picked it up again about a month ago. i'll have to start all over again.

Drink a lot of water. This will help to flush it out of your system.
Stay away from people and situations which remind you of smoking. Take up a hobby....something to get you off the couch and outside.
