Power window first: You are going to have to pull the inside panel off first, then check the motor. Sometimes if you keep on holding the button after the window is all the way up or down you can jam the gears after they are worn a little up. Done that a few times. If you have accidentally left the windows down when it is raining could be the motor itself. Had to replace a few because of that myself.

Sounds like you have just put a new after market radio in. If so you are going to have to check all your connections. Ford has a weird color coding and weird way of grounding. They also have two or three hot wires to the radio. One hot is hot all the time. It is for the clock. One is for the clock going through the light switch, The other hot is for the radio it comes off and on with the ignition. You will have to trace them out and find out which is which.
If it is a standard Ford radio you most likely have a short in the radio itself.

YOU COULD HAVE A BAD WIRE THAT CONNECTS JUST TO THOSE COUPLE OF THINGS THAT COULD SKIP ONE TO ANONTHER. BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY LUCK TRY A CIRCUIT CITY.
