I have no idea why you would think your dog has Rabies or jaundice from the symptoms you are describing.
Worms can cause problems like these in dogs, or I would suspect a touch of pacreatitis.
He may have a virus.
Did he get his vaccinations at the appropriate times?
What type of dewormer are you using?
Has he been neutered? This CAN cause many of the symptoms you are describing also if there is a female in heat in a 3-4 mile radius.
Diet-low quality dog food can cause many of the symptoms also.
Has your dog recently eaten any bones? Check his mouth, there could be one lodged in the soft palet, throat, or in the gums.
I would find a vet somewhere and get your dog in for a complete check-up.

Was the dog behaving properly prior to the worming medicine?
What kind of worming medicine are you giving him?
You say that you don't have a vet in your city. . are you giving the dog some kind of over the counter worm medicine?
Over the counter worm medicines can be too harsh for the dog and if you are giving him this kind of medicine you may be doing more harm than good.
Why would you think that the dog is displaying rabies?
Has the dog gotten into a fight with another dog or cat or skunk or someother warm blooded animal. . . this is the ONLY way they can get rabies. . from a warmblooded animal that already has rabies.
You need to call a vet but before you do ,you need to take note of a few things so that you can explain properly just what is going on with your dog.
You need to take the dog's temperature. .rectally.(The dog won't like this and you will probably need someone to help you hold the dog)
Let the vet know when you started noticing the symptoms.
He want to know what medicine you have given and how much.
He want to know if the dog's nose is dry.
He want to know what the dog has eaten and when and how much.
He will want to know what shots the dog has been given and when.
He may want to know if the dog has been around anything like antifreeze(Antifreeze has a sweet taste and dogs like it but it is highly POSIONESS to dogs)
He may want to know if the dog has been around any other animals with Parvo. . Highy Contagious. What kind of odor are you talking about? There is the smell of blood and there is the smell of Parvo.
If the dog has Parvo, the dog HAS to go to the vet this minute as Parvo kills. Even if you take the dog to the vet this minute, there is still a chance that the dog won't make it.

Call the Vet with the above information and GOOD LUCK

Rabies in Animals
The incubation period (time from exposure to signs of illness) of rabies in domestic animals such as dogs and cats can be quite variable, but averages three to six weeks. The first sign of rabies in animals is often a change in temperament or behavior. For example, a friendly dog may become reclusive (or vice versa).
In the next stage, classically referred to as “furious” rabies, the animal will attack and bite other animals, objects, or people. The final stage is referred to as “dumb” rabies, and at this point the animal is partially or completely paralyzed and close to death. Often, there is paralysis of the throat muscles, resulting in an inability to swallow and profuse salivation. The animal may want to drink water, but painful throat muscle spasms prevent this. Excess salivation may result in “frothing at the mouth,” but this characteristic is often observed in animals dying from other causes as well. An animal may go through all of these stages or only some of them. Death is virtually certain within ten days of onset of signs.
if from the passage it still suggests rabies to you get im checked.
it is impossible to diagnose with out seeing the animal.
if jaundice is an issue the white of the eye may be yellow, also the mucus membranes (gums) may also have a yellow tinge.
his symptoms could be so many other thing, best to get him checked so the vet can decide what the problem is.
oh and dont give him milk.

for starters, don't give him milk!
what is salva? do you mean saliva? I do not understand what symptom you are describing. But general lethargy could be anything. He could have eaten something that disagrees with him, like milk, or he could be genuinely ill. A vet would have to examine him for you to tell.

I would hesitate to jump to the conclusion he has rabies, unless he has been outdoors a lot and your area has rabid animals. He will probably be fine, but you should see a vet.

It's really hard to diagnose anything accurately without seeing the dog. I'd advise going to wherever you usually get his medicines and letting him see a vet there. You might be able to get some good answers from well-informed people on here (I know some are veterinarians.), but even their diagnosis might be inaccurate just because they haven't seen your dog.

Jaundice: if you pull back the eyelid, you can see the white of the eye. If the dog has jaundice, the white will be yellow.
