I've tried to do this SEVERAL times. I've looked at others questions and answers regarding this but none of the answers work or they don't make sense to me. My main site that I would use this for is the one used for the Oprah.com website. I'm not very computer "savvy" so no computer terms please. HELP!!!!!!

If you have pop-up blocker, you can disable it until you do the download, then turn it back on after. Its on your internet toolbar. Just click on it, it will give you options.

You can download Flash player directly from Adobe's website:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/#fp
You will find there alternate flash downloads specifically for Opera Browser.
