Go to the website of the PC manufacturer (dell, hp, etc) and look for their support or downloads section. Download and install the audio drivers. This will overwrite anything the other programs did.

go to control panel----printers and hard ware---top left of screen click add hard ware. it will ask if it is connected click yes. a list will pop up with items and some will have a yellow question mark beside them. find the ones with realtech audio or audiocodes if they have question marks click on them and install them
