You never want to exercise on an empty stomach, so a small snack, within an hour before, will help considerably. Exercising will help suppress your appetite as well. Think of it as a mild form of portion control. You definitely need to eat a nice lean meal after exercising to help replenish energy stores and if you have some lean protein in your meal it will help begin to repair tissue damage. Sweating isn't an indicator of whether you're burning fat or not. You burn fat all day long (naturally you'll be utilizing more through moderate intensity exercise), and the best way to monitor your intensity is simply through your heart rate. Unless you've done a submax or max heart rate test, you can estimate yours through the Karvonen Formula.

Make sure to eat after you have done your exercise. if you eat the food before your exercise it is for sure that you will not be able to do your exercise, you will feel very heavy. In the mean time while you exercise your calories are being burnt and your internal temperature will increase and you can have a vomit or other serious health problems. it can also result in a number of pimples on your face and/or can make your skin colour dull. it is better to take food after your exercise. you can take some good juice and/or plenty of water during the course of your exercise.
you do your exercise defenitly to lose your weight and keep yourself slim and smart but you can do this with an empty stomach only. taking the food after the exercise will be very helpful and good to your health.

its better to excercise first because u should be more comfortable and you're less likely to cramp. because most people drink when the eat and when i drink right before i go running i crap and when i eat i feel like puking. unless you want to wait for like 30 minutes like u would with the pool

You shouldn't exercise on an empty stomach or a full stomach. Eat something light, like an energy bar before your workout.

It's definitely better to eat first, because your food will fuel your workout. I found though, that I need to wait about 2 hours after I eat to get a good workout because working out too soon after a meal would make me nauseous.

It's better to exercise before you eat, that's what my mother does.
When you exercise before you eat, you burn more fat.
When you eat before you exercise, you get stomachaches.

Eat first then exercise.

You don't want to be working out while your body is running on empty.
