Sometimes stress or just being dehydrated can cause headaches. A good rule of thumb is when you have a headache, drink a glass of water first before taking an asprin. : )

Sinusitis -

neurological problems - anything to do nerves, brain

Lack of sleep

Hunger

Some rheumatological diseases

Eye strain

Uncorrected refractive errors (sight problems) of the eyes

too much stress and sometimes reading alot causes me headaches from squinting and pressure on the eye
