I want between 4-6. I come from a family of 5. My mother also comes from a family of five, my dad from a family of 7, and my grandmother is one of 22. I also have 22 cousins. I want a very very big family. I would love to have triplets, but I don't that's not something that you plan doing, it just happens. How many kids do you want?

I would love to have 5 or 6. We already have 2 but I want to wait a few years before having anymore. I have 1 brother, by fiance has 2 brothers. My mom had 5 brothers and sisters and my dad has 9. I love being from a big family. I know for sure I'm having 1 more child but we'll have to see if we can afford any more than that.

I want four kids.
Here's my logic:
1 kid- too lonely
2 kids- Eventually you get alittle tired of being with the same person all your life... you want a little variety. And, if there is a big gap in the ages.... they might as well be only children.
3 kids- One is bound to always get left out... and will probbly become a momma's boy or a daddy's girl.
4 kids- PERFECT. You have variety. It's an even number, so chances are, nobody will get left out.

I would even go as far as 5 or 6, but I prefer 4.
I am the oldest of six kids. Our ages range from...
me- seventeen
brother- thirteen
sister- twelve
sister- seven
sister- five
sister- three

And, my parents are even thinking about adopting from China or Africa.

People find it shocking to have so many kids, especially to WANT that many kids, but I can't imagine it any other way. With more than two or three kids.... you get variety, you get excitement, you get tons of love... you get so much more. No day is the same.

It's great.

And it is possible to support that many kids... you just have to get an education and a good job.

Well, I think I want 3. I have 1 now and trust me when you start having them you might change your mind. Up all night and crying all the time and the high daycare and all the other things that go with kids. I said after I had her only 1 more but now I am wanting like 3 in all so more power to you with 4-6 but I would go insane....lol

Both my husband and I come from a small family if 2 children. Early on in our courtship, we both realized that we wanted around 6 kids, mainly because we feel that it would be an environment suited for excitment. We are budgeting to provide each child with $20K for college, and we're also budgeting for a large enough house.

I would LOVE to have twins. That's my dream. :-)

However, right now we just want a girl. That's the first step...child 2.

You might think Im crazy but I want to live on a huge farm at least 40 acres and have as many children as I can Hopefully 15-20, thats where I would draw the line. I am very thrifty and I know this will be a big undertaking but, my husband and I wouldnt have the kids if we couldnt support them.

I currently have a daughter who will be a year old on Dec.10 and am 29 weeks pregant with a little boy. I would of liked to have maybe 1 more as I am 25 and my boyfreind is almost 27 but he has an older daughter who he pays child support for and he also has 3 boys ages 6,4,3 who live with us.

When I had my first baby I wanted her and only her. (She was born with alot of congenital defects and I felt like it wouldn't be fair to her to have another child). She unfortionatly passed away when I was 2 months pregnant with my son who is due any day now. So my answer then would have been only her, but my answer now is I don't know, all I know is I never want to go from being a mommy to being just a childless woman again.

I'd like to have two girls but no matter what comes,it will be and I'll be happy.I want at least two, because they will grow up together and learn a lot of things from their bro/sis,while if they don't have a bro/sis,they have a lot of things missed in their minds.

in my family, all my aunties have 5,6,7,8 and even 9 and my dad has 9 siblings. it is great, esp on celebration where everybody went to our grandparents house. i already lost count of the number of my cousins lol. i personally don't mind, if i can afford 9, why not.
