Well here in St. Louis, MO it seems they LOVE to taser people they have even been including the elderly and young children!!! A six year was tasered a couple of months ago by the SLPD and around the same time a 89 year woman was tasered by them as well...I guess those criminals were just too much to handle for them.

Caution...back up...handcuffs...back seat...jail. if the one being arrested has an attitude...then the attitude adjuster comes out.
