Probably not worth a lot with the advent of cultured pearls where pearls are made by seeding oysters.

I think it would be a pretty cool novelty item for you to keep.

Take it to a jeweler. Probably not worth all that much but it is a great conversation piece for you.

not much at all..
pearls are really cheap now because of morimoto
unless its the size of nickel or greater then...
also it has to have good roundness symmetric, great sheen and luster, and smooth surface to have any value
