Perhaps you should have listened to the music when no one else was there. But you wouldn't have know that at the time.
I would suggest that you give this guy some space until he calms down. People say things in anger that they don't really mean. If this continues then it may be time to say good bye to them. This person has a problem with their emotions and feels that there is something going on with you and the guy you helped.

If it were me depending on how long I have known the guy.
If I just met him recently and was called that , . I would tell him to grow up I probably would of said a few choice words, and tell myself If he already is getting angry early in the game then I believe it would only get worse.
It isnt a very good feeling being called hurtful names by someone you care for. If it continues to escalate as time goes on look at it as a sign of possible Domestic Violence

you shouldnt hold grudges when someone is drinking because they say things they dont mean. maybe he thought that you were into the guy for playing the cd and he felt like he was getting challenged a little bit and he didnt like it. let him sober up and then talk to him

when a guy is like that he is NEVER gonna change and if he doesn't respect you now he never will. The excuse of being drunk does not fly with me. next time call him a selfish ******** and see how he likes it. Good luck sounds like you got a real loser there,

Be thankful that he walked away.
If he loved you, he wouldn't say that to you.
I would have walked away. Maybe if I really loved him, he would get a second chance after an apology, maybe not. Not a third chance anyway.

it sounds like he is insecure. is he a spanish man? they are very insecure about anything that relates to your life. they feel like they need to be in control at all times. i would tell him that if he ever calls me that again it is over. this should be a warning sign to you that he is going to be abusive with you in the future.it starts out with names and then ends up with abuse. get out while the getting is good..

Get rid of him, he is abusive when he drinks. Do you really want to be with a guy who treats you that way?

My boyfriend called me that once. Just once.
I looked at him dead serious and said, "If you ever call me that again, I will walk out the door, and that'll be the end."
He's never called me that again.
