Honey it is not LEGAL to send pups away from mom at less than 6 weeks because the mortality rate is so high.
IF you have to raise the pup as an orphan you will need to:
carefully keep his surrounding at just the right warmth (new pups have poor heat regulation)
Bottle feed every 2 hours morning and night
Massage the belly & rear to stimulate bowels to move (they need help) - cleaning the resulting mess from the puppy
find other dogs to play with & learn dog manners at about 5 weeks (if it lives so long)
THe mom dogs have 24/7- do you? much less and the chance of him dying are huge
Edit: hold it you are the one trying to give them away! let me get my crystal ball - most people with the knowlage to rasie a orphan wont get themselves into it without a good reason (like mom DIED) so one or more newborn pup dies - angy owner reports you to state dog warden - you pay lawyer fees, fines get a criminal record, depending on state law maybe loose the mom & the right to ever own a dog again ---- do you really want to go there?

You can't take a newborn pup from it's mother!! How would you feed it? The puppy should be at least 6-8 weeks old. But it might be a good idea to visit the puppy soon after it is born. Keep in mind the mother will be very protective so you may not be able to pick up or touch the puppies.

If the mother is available and feeding the pups, they should stay with her for at least 6 weeks. Depending on the breed they may need to stay with the mother up to 14 weeks. You can visit, and get the puppy used to you and your voice, mannerisms, etc. But you should not take the puppy until its at least 6 weeks old.

Puppies need to stay with their mother 6 to 8 weeks after they are born. Newborn puppies are blind and helpless and dependent on their mother for food and warmth. At 2 months they are eating solid food and can get round on their own.

Puppies should stay with the mother for 8 weeks unless the mother is not feeding them than you'll need human intervention to make sure the pup is cared for.

Puppies are unable to take care of themselves in any way, shape, or form until they are 6-8 weeks old. They can't even go to the bathroom on their own (their mother has to lick them to stimulate them to go) until they are 2-3 weeks old. Their eyes and ears don't open until 2 weeks, and they can't start eating puppy food until they are 4-8 weeks old (depending on what breed they are). Unlike what one person said... 7-8 weeks is the ideal time to take them from their mothers (2 weeks is WAY too young).
