So then I don't see the problem. If you do see that you need to drop a few pounds then I would consider it because there is a health concern to having extra weight. I am overweight and I know that it is important to love yourself but there has to be a time when you really sit down and think about if this is going to affect your health or not. Obese women are two times more likely to develop heart disease and diabetes. You don't want that on your plate.

Good for you! However, being overweight does carry it's own risks. There is an increase chance of heart disease and diabetes. Also, overweight women tend to have more problems with depression and anxiety. And, if in the future, you ever want to have children, being overweight can also affect your fertility.
That said, I think it's great you have a healthy attitude about your body.

Well, you might be proud, but in the long run you are at a higher risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer, arthritis, liver disease, among other conditions. However, if you don't care that you won't live long enough to meet your grandchildren or if you don't care that you won't have energy to be a good parent to your own children.. go ahead, be fat.
